When you rent with us, your payment covers everything from utility bills such as water, electricity, and heating, to an internet connection, kitchen equipment and utensils. For a more detailed breakdown, please check our ‘Service and Bills’ table under the chosen property on the website.”

We offer different payment options, because we know that everyone’s situation is different. You can pay monthly or as a one-off payment in advance, whichever you prefer. Your accommodation contract will indicate the payment dates. Our team is at your disposal if you have any doubts about which option to choose.

• If the rental period started on the first of the month, or before the 15th day of the month, following rental payments must be made between the last 6 days of each month (i.e. 25-31 October for the month of November)
• If your rental period begins on a date after the 15th day of the month, your next rent payment will be based on your move-in day (i.e. move-in date 25 of September, next rent payment has to happen between 19-24 of October)

If you can’t pay rent on time, let us know as soon as possible. However, a 50% late fee will be added to your next payment. For instance, if your rent is $500 and it’s late, your next payment will be $750 ($500 rent + $250 late fee). Consistent late payments may result in further consequences as per your lease agreement.
