Booking Process / before Move-in

Our properties are designed to support students throughout their semesters, so the minimum stay we offer is 5 months. However, if you have a special circumstance that requires a stay of 1 month or even some days, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to discuss and come to a common solution to accommodate your needs.

Yes, our residents must be students because we undertake short-term accomodation contracts. Therefore, all residents must be in full-time or part-time education and be able to prove it.

We offer different payment options, because we know that everyone’s situation is different. You can choose to pay through a bank transfer, cash, or even cryptocurrency. We aim to make the payment process as convenient and flexible as possible for our students. Our team is at your disposal if you have any doubts about which option to choose. For more information check the section payments

During your stay

Absolutely. We understand that sharing can make living away from home more enjoyable and affordable. Just ensure to include this information during the booking process so we can prepare accordingly.

Generally, we have tailored the apartment to you, or more specifically, one individual. If you would like to share your bed once in a while, there is no problem

But for fully clarity check our policy for overnight staying

When you rent with us, your payment covers everything from utility bills such as water, electricity, and heating, to an internet connection, bed linens, sheets, and kitchen equipment and utensils. For a more detailed breakdown, please check our ‘Service and Bills’ table under the property on the website.”

We offer different payment options, because we know that everyone’s situation is different. You can pay monthly or as a one-off payment in advance, whichever you prefer. Your accommodation contract will indicate the payment dates. Our team is at your disposal if you have any doubts about which option to choose.

  • If the rental period started on the first of the month, or before the 15th day of the month, following rental payments must be made between the last 6 days of each month (i.e. 25-31 October for the month of November)
  • If your rental period begins on a date after the 15th day of the month, your next rent payment will be based on your move-in day (i.e. move-in date 25 of September, next rent payment has to happen between 19-24 of October)

If you can’t pay rent on time, let us know as soon as possible. However, a 50% late fee will be added to your next payment. For instance, if your rent is $500 and it’s late, your next payment will be $750 ($500 rent + $250 late fee). Consistent late payments may result in further consequences as per your lease agreement. Always plan ahead to avoid late payments. Reach out if you need more help.

Moving out process / After I move out

Once you have given notice, we will provide you with a detailed move-out procedure. This generally involves cleaning the apartment, removing all personal items, returning keys, and a final inspection.

Your security deposit will be returned to you, provided there are no damages to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear, and all rent payments are up to date. After you’ve moved out and we’ve completed the final inspection of the apartment, we aim to return your security deposit within 30 days. Any necessary deductions for repairs will be itemized and deducted from the deposit.
